INFORMATION NOTE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679

ON THE PROTECTION OF NATURAL PERSONS WITH REGARD TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

Dear User,
We would like to inform you that your personal data, which is needed in order to be able to contact you following your request submitted via our contact form found on our site http://www.modulonet.com/en/contacts, will be processed according to the methods that are described below, having sought your appropriately informed consent, in respect of the European Union Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation”).

The Controller is Modulo s.r.l. whose pro tempore legal representative is Pierangelo Patata who may be contacted directly, in the event that you wish to exercise your rights, at the e-mail address privacy@modulonet.com.

Types of data processed - We will process data such as:
First name, Last name, Address, Fixed and Mobile telephone numbers, Email address.

Purposes for processing personal data and the legal basis for doing so - Data is acquired from the data subject and is provided freely by the same.
Personal data supplied with this form will be processed, mainly by computerised and telematic means, to deliver the services that you may request.
Providing the data in the fields marked with an asterisk is mandatory and not providing this data will make it impossible to send any communication. On the other hand, providing data in the fields not marked with an asterisk, despite being useful to facilitate the relationship, is optional and not providing this data does not affect the communication being sent.
The legal basis for processing this data is given in the consent granted (article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which may be revoked at any time and without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing performed and based on the consent given previously to it being revoked.

Categories of parties who will process your personal data - Employees of MODULO SRL, as well as those who collaborate with the same, may be authorised/appointed to process your personal data, under the Controller's responsibility.
Apart from these cases, your personal data will not be communicated to any third party, nor disseminated, except in those specific cases provided for by domestic and European Union law.
Your personal data will not be disclosed nor will it be subject to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.

Conservation period of personal data - It should be noted that, in respect of the principles of lawfulness, restriction of purpose, and minimisation of data, as referred to article 5 of the Regulation, your personal data will be stored for the time needed to complete the purposes for which the data was collected and processed. Therefore, your personal data will be processed only for the time needed to provide a response and then will either be deleted or rendered anonymous.

Rights of the data subject - As a data subject, you may exercise your rights ,as provided for by articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, which include having access to the personal data that concerns you, having this data rectified, having this data deleted and having the processing of this data restricted. You also have the right to ask for the personal data that concerns you to be made portable and to object to the use of any automated decision-making processes.
Any such request may be sent to the Controller.
Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with the procedures provided for.
