Based on competition, the present market scenario creates a need for specific goals setting and for addressing the Industrial Politic towards:
- Product’s quality and Client Satisfaction.
- Safety and health for workers and environmental safety as essential factors for success during hard time for competitors, so we implemented the management systems according to IATF 16949:2016 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015.
Our Company’s major goal is to realize a fair productivity and income, therefore a long-lasting success and at the same time avoiding or minimizing the impact on the environment by:
- A constant improvement of quality and reliability for own products and services.
- Satisfying our Clients.
- Constantly controlling the environmental impact and the constant research of new solutions to avoid or reduce these impacts.
- Constantly looking for a risk reduction for our work related activities to prevent accidents and work related health issues.
- Taking into account the environmental pollution.
- Respecting the environmental law.
- Establishing an organizational culture where environmental –safety are key-words.
- Constantly improving health and safety in the work environment for workers and to minimize the negative factors caused on the environment.
- Recognizing and encouraging behaviors, activities and results in the Safety’s area, Heath area, Environment area and Protection, encouraging our management responsibility in taking actions towards these objects.
To achieve these goals we firstly need:
- To give life and keep up to date an integrated management system, for Quality and Environment, meant to be an optimization and ongoing improvement instrument.
- To systematically check the activities and the results to verify Efficacy and Shortcomings.
- To, consequently, actualize Improvement Plans and time by time establishing the operative goals to achieve.
- To communicate the here mentioned politic and its linked goals to all the involved parts.
- To make this document available for all the interested parts.
- To integrate the activities in partnership with the client to get an excellent outcome
- To reduce the Product’s mistake and Customer’s complaints.
- To create a participation for all the staff, to maximize the promotion of ideas and proposals in every field.
- To develop professional competencies for each organizational level.
- To improve the processes, the efficiency, to make them quicker and consequently less expensive.
- To specialize the activities and the products and give them a specific place in the market
- To respect the law in place for the products, the service, the health, the security and the environment.
- To take part to the concept of sustainability for the improvement and to consider the environment as a strategic factor for the “on the market competition “.
- To respect the international, national and local law for the environment, cooperating with other names, institutions, public and private organizations engaged in environmental safety.
- To keep on improving the current politic, the programs and the environmental actions of the company taking into account the technological progress, the scientific knowledge, customer’s and community needs.
- To keep up to date the frame for the environmental definition and goals, settled by the System for the Environmental Management, for the Environmental Program and from the Control Plan.
- To establish programs to reduce the environmental negative impact deriving from products and the productive technologies, of the activities for the innovation and the logistic services.
- To sensibilize and give part all the different levels of the company towards a long lasting improvement, integrating environmental goals on each activity and towards any company’s functions.
- To sensibilize and collaborate with the suppliers for the respect of the principals related to the environmental politic, by information activities, research and projects.
- To provide formation and to motivate workers to execute their activities in a responsive way and to make safe their health.
- To control and evaluate the affiliation, the respect, and the congruency for our enterprise to the principals for the environmental politic.
- To communicate the politic, the goals and the environmental actions to the stakeholders, (Community, Suppliers, Clients …) when requested.
- To check the conformity degree between systems and norms, laws, managing the corrections needed.
- To realize programs of formation for the personnel for all the different organizational levels, to spread a “Quality and Environmental Safety Culture”, and give the necessary competencies for our company’s success.
- To prevent the “non-conform to the goal”.
- To give part to the suppliers in the process for an ongoing improvement of products and services.
- To give definition to specific projects in different company’s areas, realizing a politic for an ongoing improvement.
- To Re-examine time to time the goals and the way the projects are actually preceding.
The directors have the responsibility to:
- Adopt an active role for promoting and leading the activities having an influence on the improvement of the quality, the environmental impact and the safety.
- Encourage the use of the more adequate technologies for the organizational improvement, from a double point of view, respectively of the production and the environmental impact.
- Improve the definition of tasks and responsibilities for the Company’s Management.
- Promote formation for the personnel.
- Organize a periodical inspection for the present politic, reaching the settled goals related to quality and environment.
All the staff members are invited to give their contribute for the execution of this politic, conscious of the importance that it constitutes for our company’s success.
The execution of the here mentioned politic and the importance to reach its goals will be established carefully and systematically by the direction when the inspection of the systems will take place.
